This website is operated by Visa Kuwait, based in Kuwait City, Kuwait. We help travellers prepare and submit Kuwait visa applications. We are not part of the Government of Kuwait or the Ministry of Interior, and we do not issue visas.
You can also apply directly through the government portal without using our service. If you do use us, you are paying for our assistance, not for the visa itself.
Visa Decisions Are Not Ours
The Kuwaiti authorities decide whether to approve or refuse a visa. We cannot influence that decision, and we do not promise approval, a specific processing time, or a specific stay length.

Eligibility and Requirements
Visa eligibility depends on your passport nationality and your situation. It is your responsibility to check that you can apply for the visa you choose. You can start with our visa eligible countries list, and then confirm with the Ministry of Interior or a Kuwaiti embassy.

Your Responsibilities
When you use our service, you agree to:

Mistakes in your information can cause delays or refusals. We are not responsible for problems caused by wrong or missing details you provide.
Fees and Payment

- Prices can change. The price at checkout when you pay is the one that applies to your order.

Refunds and Cancellations

Checking Your Application
You can follow the progress of your application using our visa status check page or the status service on the government portal. Statuses come from the authorities, and we cannot speed them up.
Your Travel Decisions
Please do not book non-refundable flights, hotels, or other travel until your visa is approved. We are not responsible for costs you pay before approval, or for travel disruptions, including those linked to border control decisions.
A visa does not guarantee entry. Border officers make the final decision when you arrive.
