9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Eligibility for Cancellation

• Cancellation must be requested within 1 hour for normal processing.

• Cancellation for urgent, super-rush, and rush processing must be requested within 15 minutes.

• Cancellation is only possible if the application has not yet been submitted to the Kuwait Immigration Department.

• No cancellations after the application enters "Under Review" or "Approved" status.

• If the customer delays document submission, the application may be auto-cancelled without refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information is provided.

• A visa is rejected due to traveler ineligibility.

• Duplicate applications are submitted after processing begins.

• Users choose not to travel after visa issuance.

• Visa is denied for past immigration violations.

• Users fail to provide required documents in time.

Refund Processing

• Refunds may take 4–17 business days to reflect.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method.

• A processing fee of $20 or more may apply depending on payment currency or bank policies.

No Refund After Visa Issuance

Once a visa is issued:

• No cancellation or refund is allowed.

• Visa validity cannot be altered or revoked.

• The full fee remains non-refundable.
